This has to be one of the best book-to-screen adaptations I've ever seen. I spent the majority of last night crying over it, and it's not left my head for a minute today. Too, too painfully lovely. And beautifully shot and played. Watch the first part here, and the second here.

Fascinating

This programme, Me My Sex and I, is currently on BBC iPlayer, probably for the next week or so. You should watch it.
It's sensitively scripted and edited, focuses on the people rather than the afflictions and health issues, and is totally revelatory to a fascinating degree. Kept me totally captivated last night. Watch it.
